Linked to another sky account

I recently took out a mobile phone contract with sky. When I have signed in to the APP I think my email is linked to my parents sky account at another address. I can't access anything on my account maybe because I'm not the account holder of the sky box and seems to just have been added to their account. Anyway to unlink this - I have tried through settings and won't let me error just keeps coming up

Have you logged into their account or asked your parents to login to their account to remove the email address and up date it to another one as that should then free it up for your account.
