Link 2 accounts under the same email address

I have 2 Sky broadband accounts (separate account numbers), paid for from the same credit card, and set up under the same email address -  one is my for my flat, one is for the building that I live in. I want to see both accounts when I log in, and be able to download bills for both of them. But the only account I can see when I log in is the first one, how do I link them?

Short answer is you can't link them, they are seperate services at seperate addresses so can't be combined under 1 email login.

Thanks @GD1, they are at the same address though. Both fibre optic lines are here at the church I live at, and both are paid for by the church.

As these are separate accounts you will not be able to link them together in the way that you want so you will have to login into each one in turn assuming they have separate login (username/email address) details.

@PhilipTDavis  They will still be classed as 2 seperate properties though, one listed as the church and the other as your flat.  Regardless of how they are paid they are seperate services.

 

Sky don't provision 2 broadband lines at the same address so would not be merged.

It really isn't that difficult to do @GD1  ...we have 2 water accounts with the same company and I can view them both under the same login...and we have 5 gas/electricity accounts with a different company, all of which I can view under 1 login.

 

Ok...so, how do I change whatever I need to change so that I can download invoices for both accounts?

We can only tell you what we know and that services at seperate addresses can't be combined into 1 account, what other providers do will depend on the CRM/Billing software they use.

 

You'll need to update the email address on one of the accounts to allow seperate logins to be used as noted by @caesarome , you'll then be able to login in to each one under different email accounts and see the bills for each service.

@GD1 , so I'm asking...what is it I need to do to be able to access both accounts...presumably change the email address on one?
