Credit into bank account

I have a credit due on my account next month, I would like this credit to be paid into my bank account instead please

It's for a delayed service that's been going on years, an automated compensation credit

@Philwell  Auto Compensation is only paid intio your broadband account and used as credit for future bills,  the only exception is if the account was closed and there was still credit showing.  Then it could be refunded.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
