Lied about how much I was paying for Sky per month

Following a recent check up on my bank statement I descovered that I was paying £98. Per calendar month. Following this I rang sky and asked them how much I was paying for the month they assured me that I was paying £60 only !

 I  have checked again and they have charged £98 .

We obviously can't see your bills so what services do you have with Sky, what do the online bills show you're paying and check the breakdown of the bills to determine if they appear correct.

I have the exact same issue they gave me a set price now they are charging me 98£ every month I'm for sure getting rid of them

There was a recent increase- prices are rarely fixed.

Or you're discounts have expired.

Your billing details it all.

Yeah no I just became a customer 3 months ago and the contract i read said 48£ i only have broadband.

Then you will be subject to the April price increase (delayed for 60 days as a new customer).

But it wouldn't go from £48 to £98.

Did you check your bills?  (We can't see them)
