Letter

I've had a letter about notice of sums in arrears, but I'm all paid up . I'm confused

Does your billing show that nothing is outstanding here:

If so then you might have to call them via the number shown on the letter if there is one.

Are you sure the letter is from Sky? Is it addressed to you by name?

My sky billing is saying I don't owe anything and it's all paid

The letter is addressed to me and has sky at the top . I'm going to contact sky and see
