Left sky

I changed over to BT a few months ago and sky new this was happening yet I'm still being asked to pay them for a service I no longer have they say I will have to pay a termination charge but this is not my proble

It very much is if you are trying to terminate your contract whilst subject to a minimum term.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Where you still within the minimum term of a contract when you changed to Bt ?

A termination charge is applied when you cancel whilst still in a minimum term contract.
