Left sky 10 weeks ago

I left sky weeks ago and now with EE,  I don't even have sky equipment now you have it back, but I keep getting emails saying you carnt collect payment , and u need to reinstate,  ? After a lengthy conversation with someone cancelling my sky legally.  This has affected my credit score aswell,  what is going on, I have been trying for days to get to spk to someone to no avail

Did you actually cancel your Sky?  (And get confirmation?)

 

Or did you use a switch service?  If so, what services did you have?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You want other customers to sort your account?  We can't do that...

@Kath232 Sky will only discuss your account with you once you've paid what they believe is due to be paid.

Perhaps note that 'switching' to EE won't cancel Sky television even if EE TV is on the new subscription.  The one-touch-switch system only covers broadband.
