Even though I am still with sky for my TV and mobile phone, I have cancelled my broadband and phone and have been charged a cancellation fee. It has been added to my next bill. Am I able to get a bill just for my cancellation fee as I need to download the bill and send it to my new provider as they going to cover the cost.
