Leaving fees

I'm thinking of leaving Sky and finding an alternative cheaper TV and broadband provider, so I went on the live chat to find out what they could do and what the fees would be. For starters they were able to reduce my bill by about £5 a month and then stick a £20 admin fee on to my next bill!!

I asked what the fees would be if I was to leave... For TV £480 and for broadband will be £214.60 totalling £695.50 just to leave!!

Re: Leaving fees

The broadband you can cancel without a fee if you've had the April price rise.

Re: Leaving fees

Ok, thank you.

I've just found my email from the 20th February to say that my TV and broadband is going up.

So, I assume then that I wouldn't have to pay early termination fee if I terminate within 401 days of receiving the email?

@Nicky0000001

Its 30 days not 401, and it only applies to Broadband/Talk, Sky+ and Sky Q.

I know. I only mentioned broadband, and never mentioned 401 days.
