Leaving email but not leaving

I have just received an email to say sky have been informed from another provider that I am leaving but I am not How do I speak to someone to stop this?

This pops up from time to time. Usually someone has submitted a request for service with another provider and have provided an incorrect house number or postcode.

 

You will need to call Sky to stop the cancellation. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline is the quickest way.
