Leaving Sky

Finally decided to leave Sky after 20+ years.  Called in to discuss my account and spoke to an advisor who didn't even make any effort about downgrading to cheaper package or anything so decided will switch to freeview. Was paying over £112 a month just for TV and the first time I decide to discuss existing packaging had zero interest from the advisor.

If Freeview suits your viewing wishes, that sounds entirely sensible. If not, I'd give Sky another call and see if a different adviser offers you a better deal.
