Hi. I know I was due to pay my sky bill today but I don't have the funds until the 6th as unexpected bill came out this month. I can pay in full on the 6th of January

You should be making or need to make manual payments if this is what you have been doing as you should have a credit or debit card or a direct debit setup so it can be taken automatically each month. If you do have a direct debit setup and this fails then Sky will try again with 10 days time so if they are able to take it second time around then you will have no issues, this does not apply to a credit or debit card so if you have this setup on your account and the payment is not taken then your services might be restricted until you do make this bill in full and setup up the payment method on your account.
