Refund after closing account
My final bill after closing account shows a credit
but it has not been refunded it states to go towards next bill but there is no further bills
how do I escalate this for a refund

You will have to contact Sky about this so the number might be visible at the end of the help flow:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
