Last billing

I've paid what I thought was my last bill, however I've just checked and it now say -£49 due 1st April bill. I've never had a minus please can someone let me know what it means. Do I have to pay this on 1st? Its the minus that is confusing me

A minus means you're in credit, which will at some point be refunded to you.
