I can't log into MySky. It's asks for my post code and when I enter it, it is not recognised. I am with Sky 25 years and suddenly they can't identify my post code

Probably an obvious question here, but have you uninstalled the app and loading it back from the App Store?  Sometimes data can get a bit corrupted.

Yes. I even tried different devices. 
Sky doesn't have anyone to talk to only bots so there is zero support

Odd that it should happen now, having been OK before. It's almost as though it can't find your Sky account any more. Are you able to see your account details here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails ?

 

Sky certainly have advisers to speak to. Just stay silent when the bot asks you questions and you'll eventually be put through.
