New to sky. Just purchased a broadband package. The email said access documents here and create sky id. I Download the app and made an account but it says no products available page restricted. How do i link products so I can see my documentation?

On the app there is no access orders tab just details, messages and contracts but when i click on documents or contracts it gives me the restricted page saying i dont have sky products.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Andreea77889 I would perhaps give it another day, you've had an email Confirming the order, it could just be a case of Sky updating at their end. Does it show you have an account number?

I have managed to find a link to link the guest id to the household id and it asked for a postcode and now its all gone through! Thanks for your time i have solved it!
