Just changed package. Price quoted for broadband not what I'm being billed.

Just renegotiated my contract. I have upgraded my broadband . Was quoted £33 per month. My 'future' bills are charging over £43 per month ? I don't understand. I even received an email which quoted £33 . Do I need to waste more time phoning them ?

When did you do this as you might need to give them more time to update. Also you first bill after you spoke to Sky might be a but higher as it might cover a long period than the usual 4 weeks.

It's been 24 hours! But I still don't understand why they would  create an incorrect bill. It's a brand new bill.....so no excuse for 'changes to take a while' . I hope this makes sense.

It was a different contract. I was quoted £33 for broadband (incl discount) but will be charged £43 !? Not just for the first month,but subsequent ones .....there is no added discounts .

It might be worth speaking to Sky again so they can check that this discount you agreed has been applied correctly to your account.
