It's been 24 hours! But I still don't understand why they would create an incorrect bill. It's a brand new bill.....so no excuse for 'changes to take a while' . I hope this makes sense.

It was a different contract. I was quoted £33 for broadband (incl discount) but will be charged £43 !? Not just for the first month,but subsequent ones .....there is no added discounts .
