We'll need more information. When is your normal payment date? How did you pay? (Sky don't take payment at weekends as the banks are closed).

@Firery1993  If you have just paid by card it will take  a few days to clear, you would also need to ensure you setup a new recurring payment with Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
