Items appearing twice on bill
Can anyone explain to me please why on my bills I have every item twice?? One will state the item eg. Sky broadband and then underneath will say Sky broadband - 30 days?? Trying to get through to sky is a joke and I'm confused as to why this is???

Hi @Em2106 The -30days is for the previous month, so your bill is for two months.

So every month I'm being charged for the previous month?? Surely you should just be charged for that month?

The same. Charged twice. I have cancelled some of my packages as was too expensive but since then my bills have been more!!! I have been trying to call sky for couple weeks and just cannot get through.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

Thank you ever so much. I'm just so confused by it all. I have looked back on further bills before downsizing my package and nothing has been charged twice and no mention of -30 days next to any items so I really don't u understand how getting rid of sky cinema, sky sports. Sky kids etc my bills are more!!
