Hello, I am unable to access my sky account. I can't see my bills or make any changes. Ive called several times and all they seem to tell me is the sky id im logging in with is set to being a primary ID and it should work, however it isnt.

Thank you for all your help - I am all sorted now. It was literally as simple as putting my phone into desktop mode on Google then putting the postcode in

Unfortunately that doesn't work, it just keeps saying an error has occurred please try again later everytime I try to put my postcode in to locate an account
