Issue with my bill

I am due to be charged £58.02 next month, but my plan is £30 a month. Please can you advise?

Don't worry about it posting that bill.

 

The 53.06 bills is because of this:

 

My Mix 24 June - 23 July - £30.00

My Mix 26 May - 23 June - £23.06

 

So as you can see you are seeing two charges here hence the higher bill.

An odd price like that suggest a discount you had n your account is coming to an end, if yiu look at the following months bill and that had also increased then this will be what has happened so it might be worth calling Sky to see if they will offer you another discount if you will agree to a new 24 month contract. If you are offered something you will need to make up your mind there and then as the same offer might not be available should you call back later.

What Sky services is this for? Is it connected to the manual payment you made on your mobile account which has been addressed on your other thread?

If not, unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK) or when your discounts have ended (or a combination of the two).

Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Can you post an image on that bill and your June one and if you do please blank out personal details like your name, account number and if present credit agreement numbers.

It would be better if you could expand the £58.06 and the £30 one as that doesn't really show what is happening bit remember to blank out the details I mentioned above.

That is better, can you now post the one prior to the 24 June to 23 July bill as it looks like you are being charged for two months worth on that one bill.
