Issue with bill

Hi everyone, Has anyone had a problem with sky customer service people? As when I rang and changed my subscription they gave me good price for a monthly payment and when I'm looking at the bill now I. MY Sky app its totally different than what I was total and way too much then said! Does anyone know how to contact someone higher person to complain and resolve this? As whenever I'm trying to call customer service, keep getting different person and taking me round the circles without resolving actual problems and on the top some of them showing attitude on the phone too! Really irritating this. Please anyone can help? Will be appreciated. Thank you.

When did you arrange this? I've noted in the past it took a while to settle and apply all of the changes.

Thank you for your reply. 

 

First I did call and changed billing was on 11th February since then nothing has changed and nobody is taking me through the actual person, who did speak to me on that day.

Annoying! My only suggestion is to wait and also keep on at Sky if it drags on much more. But others in the community might have more guidance.

Have you checked your future bills to see if they reflect the price you are expecting.

There are thousands of agents in various call centres in various countries so the chances of speaking to the original agent is highly unlikely. If you give Sky the date and rough time you called they can listen back on your call to hear what was agreed. Other than that all you can do is make a complaint

Yes I did check future bills but that's not amended either with promised price.

 

I've been giving them name, date everything but nobody seems to be bothered to resolve this.

I had the same issue of securing a deal only to discover SKY had reneged on it. The customer service was shocking, many calls where as was passed around between staff all in a deliberate ploy of obfuscation. The complaints procedure is well hidden on the web site and I received emails stating my case was closed when it certainly was not. Off shoring customer services resulted in  3 calls being disconnected or allegedly poor signal. All in all this has been my worst customer experience ever by any company.
