Issue with a returned item
[Removed] I brought 4 items only 3 came so I called and tried to cancel the last item they said I couldn't even though they didn't have it in stock and I had to wait weeks. After a couple weeks it got delivered I sent it back straight away the tracking shows I've sent it back and that it was received the day after it's now been 2 months and they are still trying to bill me for it I've keen calling texting and email and not one answer.

Sending it back doesn't cancel it so after you received it did you then cancel it by speaking to Sky ?

Yes I did they said it was in some phase and I will be refunded and it's been a month
