Issue with Paramount+ & Discovery+
Hi,
I am trying to log into Paramount+ & Discovery+ having been given this as part of my package renewal.
However, I am unable to change my updated registered email address when I log into my account; I assume this is the credentials I have to use to log in to the channels via the app?

You need to activate both first:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
To change your email address with Sky you should be able to do this via here:
https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info

Hi all,
Still no further forward unfortunately after hours spent chatting to support, and now I've been kicked out and all my message history gone.
When I try and link the discovery subscription to my Sky account it says it's already activated, I've created a discovery + account in case I needed one before it would like but when I sign in it just asked me to upgrade.
Frustrating to say the least, it shouldn't be this difficult!
