Issue with 2 SKY IDs

Recently i was having issue with my old Sky HD box and was told i had to upgrade to Sky stream,  as part of this they created a new Sky ID for Sky stream and canceled my Sky HD services. So now i have 2 SKY IDs one for my broadband and one for SKY stream both are linked to the same email adress and so i cant see both my bills and i cant make use of sky go does anyone know what i can do? the help desk is not very helpful.

To see if they can help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I have the same issue. Was told by sky to wait 48 hrs. Two weeks later still My sky goes to streaming which I never asked for which some idiot sent me. Sky has the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Quite frankly I want to cancel everything and tell them to screw themselves.

@Carl79-- while I think you are over reacting to a relatively simple issue I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
