Is this a scam call and message

I have received a call from

numberclaiming to be sky re a provisional installation date of new broadband. I have also received a what's app message saying my full fibre is ready to be installed. 

I have updated my broadband when I reviewed my package earlier in the year , Can you confirm if this is a scam? 

I have tried the chat bot, and called  using the 150 number on my  land line and called the help number listed  on the community but have still failed to speak to someone to clarify. 

from an unhappy customer.
