I have been charged twice on August bill for whole room

@Polly31  You're talking to other customers, we can't "sort it" for you.

 

Haver you looked at the billing periods both charges cover?  Are the dates different?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you made any changes to your package ?

Do these charges cover the same date period or different dates ?

You've posted on the Sky mobile board but it doesn't appear to be mobile related. Do you mean whole home in relation to Glass/Stream?
