Ipsos Survey Email - is it legit?

Hi, I just received this email to my email account that is linked to my Sky account - does anybody know if this is legit?

I can confirm you were sent a legitimate message from Ipsos (a market research firm) on behalf of Sky and that it is safe to follow.
