Ipad isnt showing on account

I have a smart watch that I pay monthly for and 1 ipad that shows up on my sky account that is now out of contract. I also have another ipad that I got a short while after that doesn't show up on my account. I should have 2 ipads showing but there's only the older one. I can't seem to do anything to add it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You will have to give Sky a call so they can look into this for you. The usual reason this happens is for whatever reason one of the iPads was ordered on a different account.
