Invalid code for activating free Paramount plus for year

VIP diamond member tried activating free paramount plus for a year via paramount website told invalid code phoned sky no joy messages sky no joy paramount need a valid code

Thank you I will do I have emailed the complaints department as was getting no where and have proof of paramount the code is invalid so will wait to see until Monday if they answer complaint otherwise I will email the address above thanks for your help

As of today Sky have stated that I must already have existing account and there is now nothing they can do. In another email they stated that the action to open the year free paramount account has not been completed (that's because it's a new account and stated invalid code). So even tho they know I have not completed it and have proof of invalid code they won't do anything.  So that's nice to know after over 20 years  of loyalty I can't get any help 

well done sky maybe I should consider leaving as what's the point of conflicting emails and me losing out
