I had a problem, I could not pay for just 1 month, my Internet was turned off
I tried to call the agent al day to solve this problem, but sky is closed for communication with customers, the system automatically shows the number of the incoming call, determines the account and turns on the answering machine (bot) which stupidly says only one thing - pay or call later, which again includes the same answer
I see how sky avoids communicating with people, which means I also don’t want to pay anything more !! I want to end the contract and never again contact such companies that do not want to help people how do I do this?? (removed) I'm sure that not one of this opinion, and not one who saw it. I don't want to pay anymore people who (removed) on their clients

You cannot give notice to cancel if you are subject to a minimum term or have an outstanding balance.
However, you may have an option once notified about the price increases from April to exit without penalty.
Your VIP status is not relevant.

I got through, they told me that I have 2 accounts, maybe because of this I had a problem. 1 account deleted. The one I've been using for 4 years. how did it happen that they made me 2 accounts when I already
