Interested in Sky Stream

We cancelled our Sky TV subscription a year ago but still have Sky broadband. 

We are interested in Sky Stream but whenever I try to get into offers and upgrades in our online account I keep getting told there is a problem and I need to call.

 

whenever I have spoken to Sky advisors in the past they give wrong information and are usually trying to upsell or just generally interested in what they want me to do weather than what I actually want.
I really do not want to talk to their customer service team. I'm thinking I may have to go to a local reseller instead but that won't fix my account issue where every click brings up the problem page and to call.

 

i just want to use the online tools to see what is available and what it all costs and then place an order online if I decide to go ahead.

how do I get my online acccount fixed?  friends can upgrade,get new offers etc through their accounts and the app, why can't I?
I can get more info by not going through my account than I can by logging in, that is ridiculous.

I'm not worried about discounts and deals I just want to have a look at what I can get and make an informed decisions, preferably without talking to Sky customers service.

When you had Sky TV was it on the same account that your broadband was one or was it separate ?

For the issue with your account it might be related to the fact you had Sky TV in the past so have you tried signing up as a new customer instead ?

It won't let us have a new account at the same address.

 

not to worry we've gone with a different provider, it was easier.
