Equipment return

Hi - I spoke with a sky representative before Christmas about the return of our sky box after cancelling . The hub is the only source of internet boost in our home a your engineers have never been able to fix this ... So if we return we will have terrible internet connection. Even though yet , it's still not great. I had a notification today to say I am being charged but I thought I had agreed this with the caller previously ... What can we do as I have not held onto to this equipment for the sake of it . We've been a loyal customer for years so this is just really disappointing

By 'hub' do you mean your Sky Q box?
