Informed bill would be at certain amount.
Hello, in December 2024 I informed you that I needed to change billing name as my husband had passed away. I spoke to someone called Chris and he got the bill down to £30 per month for 24 months. I have noticed recently that the bill has gone upto £34.40 so I am querying this amount.

The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK), when your discounts have ended, or a combination of the two.
Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

Re: Informed bill would be at certain amount.
There was a price rise on 1st April so could it be related to that, do your future bills also show that you will be paying £34.40 ?
