I no longer have a Sky account but they keep asking me for payment

Received email confirming l have closed my account on 4th March. 

Received email thanking me for returning equipment on 4th April. 

Received email asking for £138-50 on 16th May for overdue payment or I will have restrictions put on my account!! I  cannot get to  speak to someone without giving card details so they can take the payment, which has now got a late payment charge on it. How do I resolve this?

@Di2608 Maybe a Superuser can escalate this to the online support team, if it's something they can deal with?
