Increase in bill

I thought my bill was £83 pm. I added sky sports for £20, therefore making it £103 pm. Why have you charged me £129 this month? I really can't afford this!

The first bill after such a change is likely to contain a pro-rata amount to cover the period between the date of the change and the next full month.

This new bill might be for a longer period than usual. See if the future estimated bills are what you agreed.

They are £113, when it should be £103

Are they all £113? The extra £10 next month could be an Admin fee?
