Incorrect email address on setup as anew customer

Please can anyone help - when I ordered sky broadband I entered the wrong email.com instead of .co.uk (just a

typo) 

I've spoken to customer services who can't change it,  I've tried to change it online but I just get an error message and it won't let me amend it. All of the details about set up/installation are going to an email I don't have access to. 
Please can anyone help?

Thanks for the advice, but this doesn't work as all of the information is

going to an email address I have no access to, and the broadband router order is currently registered to that address. The email related to this chat is the right one and I have set up a sky id with the correct email,  I just need the router assigning to this account

Then give this a try as your broadband account needs to be linked to this Sky ID you have now set up:
