Incorrect bill
Hi. I need to put in writing to Sky why I have only part paid an incorrect bill. I have called them 3 times and each time spent an hour talking to people who can't deviate from a script.
How do I sent them an email or snail mail please.

@Kim1804 Part paying a bill that you feel is incorrect is the completly incorrect way to go about this, you will get your services restricted as you've not paid in full, at which point you won;t be able to speak to Sky.
Also be aware you're not copntacting Sky Customer service by posting here, Sky won;t see your post or even know who posted it!
You don't say why you think it's incorrect, however if this is your 1st bill the 1st two are always higher due to covering a longer period, did you look at your bill to see if this is the case?
