Incorrect bill and future bills

I recently renewed. But only for broadband and standard tv for £10 a month. I didn’t sign up to multiscreen on my renewal so need to have £15 taken off each future bill.

You will need to phone Sky about this as this can not be looked into via here.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Are you still within your 31 days notice period for removing multiscreen?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
