Incorrect account products and bills

My sky plus hd box is coming up with a message to say I do not have an active sky subscription therefore I cannot watch anything on planner or use live pause etc - nor do I seem to be getting top picks or on demand. I downloaded MySky app and can see it states I have a sky q box - I don't! I have been getting charged for sky sports when I called months ago asking to only have the basic sky package so how do I go about getting a refund on this . I called months ago and agreed to be upgraded to sky q and had an engineer booked but changed my mind and called back to cancel it which the operator told me was done / clearly it hasn't and I've still been charged although my tv has never let me sky sports. Can someone advise how this can be rectified?
