In contract price increases

Contracts used to be 12  months, but now 24 month contracts have arrived. Consider who that might be an advantage to? Sky are so wrong to take advantage of mid contract increase, knowing fully they reap the rewards and lock-in of a 24 month contract. It is a well rehersed marketing raid on EVERY customer. They should hang their heads in shame - DISGUSTING - and this is from a VIP customer with over 24 years loyalty that seems to count for nothing.

@Stuinlancs

From reading other posts on here I believe most providers are moving to 24 month deals going forward.

@Stuinlancs the vast majority of Sky customers are VIPs. The contract you agree to explains what to expect in terms of price rises. If you don't find it acceptable, just don't sign up.
