In between homes

I have sold my home and have to be out by the end of October 2026. I want to stay with  Sky, but don't move to my new home until the end of November. What do I need to do?

You have two choices, continue as you are now as you will have access to Sky Go.

Cancel and return the equipment if you are not in a contract then sign up again when you are in your new home.

Two additional points to the above…

  1. if you choose to cancel allow sufficient time to send loaned equipment back as the packaging is sent to the account address towards the end of the notice period (31 days for Sky TV and 14 days for Sky Broadband)
  2. remember that the new occupants of your current address will want to order their own broadband for when they move in.
