Imposible to speak with someone

I cancelled all my services in November 2025 and am still getting billed. Its imposble to speak with someone as they wont put me through to anyone until I reinstate my DD and pay what they say I owe which I dont. I even sent all the equipment back in December in packaging they sent me but they are still billing me. Anyone had this experience and how do you resolve it?

What services did you cancel?

How did you cancel?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Remember that billing continues throughout the notice period so a further payment is often needed.

Cancelled over the phone before they restricted my account, they billed me for the 31 days notice period which I paid then returned all the equipment and they have continued to bill me beyound that.

When your account is restricted they wont allow any communication with them to resolve the matter until you reinstate the account and pay what THEY say you owe. Very frustrating

That's what you'll need to do.


Pay what Sky say you owe and set up a new continuous payment method. Then you should be able to speak to an agent. 

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

@scaniaman143 if they've overcharged you beyond the date your services ended, you can be assured that Sky will refund the extra. It's quite normal to be initially charged for a period after your services finished. It works the same way for many, similar companies
