I was paying £36 for broadband looked at other deals with different providers and found a better dea

Was due to leave sky and i got an email offering £25 for 18mths from sky so decided to stay. I phoned the number to stay and it's been a right farce ever since. I've spoken to advisers all round the world and was told twice I would get a call back still not sorted and still getting charged £36. I want to make a complaint but cannot find a way to do this
