I was charged twice for my iPhone, it comes up with 2 payments saying device cost despite paying every previous month. This is the most I have ever been charged and this has never happened before!
also my future and next bill are back to my usual payment.

The two charges are for two different dates, 2 June and 2 July so what does your previous months bill show, feel free to post it but blank out those numbers.
