I was charged on the 28th of June for my bill, and then charged the same amount again a week later for the same billing month. How do I get this refunded or credited?

What is it you are looking for, if it is your bill you can view that via the MySky app or online here:

Just where I'd be able to see a credit, I can't see anything on my bill or on the MySky app that mentions a credit note

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
