I want to talk to a human

I’m a sky Ireland customer and my bill is so expensive now, how do I talk to a human to do something about reducing my bill. I go to my sky app and it says I have to call, but the number is incorrect for Ireland. Why can I speak to a human anymore.

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Tried that ended up gett8mg sent to sales under in Pakistan. Neither of us could understand each other, it was very frustating. I just want the customer service number for sky Ireland, in Ireland. How is it so difficult to talk to this people. Maybe if I didn't pay my bill someone would soon contact me!

Follow the instructions in the link in my earlier post. The ROI number is there.

I believe however the the ROI Customer Services don't work at weekends so try tomorrow … and no, they won't call you if you withhold payment, they'll just restrict your services.
