I want to take sky cinema off my contract so that I can afford to continue to stay with sky.

I am a pensioner and I want to stay with sky, but, I need to reduce my bill and want to take off Sky Cinema from my contract. I have asked the question in Sky chat but no help to me as it refered to me cancelling my contract...this wasnt what I asked.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (should be available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.
