Early termination charges

I am being charged an early termination charge even though I haven't cancelled . I have moved house and my previous service can't be supplied at new address but I have changed to a similar service . Can they still charge me this even though it's beyond my control ?

Hi @Paula1979   The contract that you agreed to was to pay 18/24 months. The fact that the service does not work in your new home is not Sky's fault. I'm afraid that they may enforce the contract so it is at their discretion.

With Sky, if so give them a call aboiut this as might then wave this charge.
