I want to reduce my subscription but Sky can't get it right and my bill keeps going up!

I have spoken to Sky 3 times in the last 3 months (lasdt time this morning) to reduce my subscription. All I want to do is remove Sports and cinema as well as Boost Netflix Premium.

So far any changes have been wrong and have resulted in increased charges!

What should I do to get this simple request actioned - other than ditch Sky completly?
